This is a rare opportunity to lead a dual-service model incorporating both Early Years and Outside School Hours Care within a values-driven NFP organisation committed to high-quality education and care outcomes. This role requires an experienced Centre Director who brings strong educational leadership capability, deep compliance knowledge, and a proven track record of leading teams through quality improvement processes, including Assessment and Rating. The successful candidate will be confident working across both Early Years and School Age Care environments, including Vacation Care and Transition to School programs. The organisation is seeking a leader who is visible, hands-on, and highly relational in their approach, someone who actively supports educators in practice while maintaining strong operational oversight. Role Details: Permanent full-time leadership position Salary starting at $50 per hour- negotiable for the right candidate Wellbeing package included Dual-service responsibility (Early Years and OOSH) Full operational oversight including staffing, budgets, compliance, and family engagement Competitive salary offering, open to negotiation based on experience About the Service: Integrated Early Years and OOSH model within a community-focused setting Values driven NFP Organisation driven by employee wellbeing and retention Strong emphasis on inclusion, diversity, and culturally responsive practice Focus on quality improvement and continuous development About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director in Early Childhood Education Diploma minimum in Early Childhood Education and Care Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards Demonstrated experience leading Assessment and Rating processes Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop educators and emerging leaders Experience working with CALD families and inclusive education practices Strong operational capability including rostering, budgeting, and compliance management Comfortable leading both Early Years and OOSH environments (highly desirable) Why Join This Organisation?
